Support. Educate. Advocate. PTC/USER Global Summit 2024 is a welcoming and inclusive conference that brings together partners, customers, administrators, and users of PTC software. From Computer-aided design and Engineering analysis, Manufacturing planning and instruction data, Product Lifecycle Management through Service content management and delivery, the PTC/USER Global Summit 2024 is a User-to-User exchange of information over three days of informational sessions, networking opportunities, and product training.

Robert Hogg Keynote

Robert Hogg is a Senior Engineer at NASA Jet Propulsion Laboratory in Pasadena, California. He is the Mission Manager for the Mars 2020 project, which operates the Perseverance rover and accompanying Ingenuity helicopter, both of which are currently exploring Mars.

Jim Heppelmann Tuesday Evening Plenary

Jim Heppelmann is Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of PTC, responsible for driving

the company’s global business strategy. Since his appointment to CEO in 2010, Jim has

spear-headed PTC’s thought leadership and development of its market-leading suite of

technology. Under Jim’s leadership, PTC has evolved to become the category leader in

the product lifecycle management (PLM) market, strengthened its industry-leading

technology portfolio, transitioned to a subscription business model, and pioneered the

SaaS transformation for the industry. Resulting in significantly accelerated top-line

growth and increasing profitability for the company.
